Ingredients:

 

2 lbs Butter

1 Cup fresh or frozen blackberries

 

Whip the butter in a mixer until creamy, add the blackberries and fold them in by hand.  Put into glass containers or roll up in wax paper. Refrigerate

 

Use blackberry butter on french toast made with left over challah bread or your favorite bread.  Top with powdered sugar or maple syrup..  Also good on pancakes.
